Valley View Baptist Church is seeking to fill the position of a full-time Senior Pastor. Valley View is strategically positioned in the vibrant and growing community of East Nashville within the larger metropolitan area of Nashville, TN. Valley View cooperates with our local and state associations and affirms the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

Basic Requirements of the man we are seeking:

• A gifted preacher and teacher who is doctrinally sound, loves God and His Word, and is committed to the congregation's spiritual growth.
• A faithful shepherd committed to pastoral care, visitation, building relationships, and working with the Elders to shepherd the flock.
• A strong leader who will cast a prayerful vision for reaching our community through evangelism and missions/ministries.
